DANA PAULEY, LCPC, CFRC, CCTP

Dana has experience working with adolescents and adults. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), she has a strong passion for helping clients who are working through grief and trauma, as well as depression, anxiety, self-harm, behavioral modification, anger management, suicidal ideation, LGBTQIA+, transgender, and self-esteem issues. Having a Master of Science in Criminal/Social Justice, also from Lewis University, and being a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC), Dana has a passion for working with first responders.

She provides an eclectic approach to therapy depending on the clients need and can incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

CHERI BENNETT, LPC, CAMSII

Cheri has experience assisting adolescents, young adults and adults with issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, divorce and relationships. She is passionate in helping women who are in the process of divorce or relational changes. Cheri is particularly passionate about helping women who have experienced a partner with sexual addiction, affairs, or narcissistic traits. 

She provides an eclectic approach to therapy depending on the clients need and can incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused, Psychoanalytic, Rational Emotive Therapy and Christian Counseling.

OLIVIA ESPINOSA, LCSW

Olivia is a licensed clinical social worker who values each client and their unique story and goals. She is humbled to be a part of her clients’ work towards change, healing, and growth. ALEXIS CZARNECKI, LCPC, CCTP

Alexis "Lexie" Czarnecki is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), who has 7 years of experience in the clinical field. She has worked with adolescents who were committed to the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice, offering individual, group, and family therapy, along with crisis intervention. She earned her master's degree in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School or Professional Psychology in 2015 and has a passion for working with those impacted by the legal and criminal justice system. She also has a strong desire to work with those seeking life transitions, personal or career-related, and those who have been impacted by traumatic experiences in their life.

SARA MADRID, LPC, NCC

Sara believes that we are always healing and already whole. She sees therapy as a tool to help restore your view of of yourself and others. As someone who is passionate about making mental health services affordable and accessible for everyone, she understands how healing receiving clinical services can be. Sara is committed to her clients, and takes joy in discovering and calling attention to your strengths and walking alongside you on your journey to living your life to the fullest. 

Sara obtained her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Trinity Christian College and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wheaton College. Additionally, she has received a Trauma Certificate and a certificate as an Enneagram Coach. Sara has previous experience working at a community-based practice with children, teens, young adults, and adults. She is most passionate about working with women ages 14-40 who face struggles related to:

Lindsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience with children, adolescents and families. Lindsey has worked within a variety of settings and levels of care. She believes that therapy is not only for the child, but also for the family unit, offering guardian support as needed as well. Chloe has experience working with children of all ages, adolescents, adults, and families. She practices a trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based approach to counseling. Chloe frequently utilizes mindfulness and attachment-based interventions to meet the needs of her clients. In her spare time, Chloe loves to hike and enjoys engaging in yoga! She loves camping and appreciating nature with her two daughters, 5 years and 9 months old, and fiancé.

JESSICA WADE
 
Administrative Assistant

Jessica is our new addition at Anchor Counseling as our Administrative Assistant, as Rachel slowly transitions out of the role. Previously, she worked for the DuPage County Health Department doing customer service until transitioning to a new role as dental assistant.

In June of 2022, Jessica became a stay at home mom after the birth of her son, Hunter. She enjoys being able to be with him every day and experience every milestone. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, their dog, and friends.

Jessica loves to help others and will be there to assist any issues that come up, whether it’s an insurance issue or problems with copays. She is very knowledgeable in a wide range of areas related to client care, and is determined to work together with clients to ensure they receive the best care and leave with a happy and positive experience.
